Arts in the Church
We believe strongly that contemporary art has an important place in the church -- in addition to excellence in music, we work with visual artists, dancers, writers, theater professionals and guest musicians to enhance the worship experience and to provide opportunities for local artists. We do not require artists to profess any faith or represent any religious views in their work; we curate to the needs of the project and the season. Now that we have relocated to Grace Center, we have plans to renovate portions of this building (including a new sanctuary) to accommodate an exhibition program in 2012. New art exhibits and performances are in development; see below for more information about current & past projects! For more information & opportunities, contact Jennifer Schultz at 612-788-2444.
